2 Get started on Hexeko

Hexeko is an online booking platform for sports and cultural activities for employees with extra-legal benefits.

3 My account

You can access and modify your account settings by clicking on your initial at the top right of your screen and then on 'My Account'.

Go to 'My account', modify your settings and click on 'Validate'.

Send us an email to [email protected] with your first and last name and we will send you your email address as soon as possible.

Don't worry, you can reset your password in 2 minutes.

  1. Go to the “Connection“ tab.
  2. Click on “I forgot my password“.
  3. Enter your email address and you will receive an email with instructions on how to create a new access to your account.

Categories are there to guide you, as well as different filters to refine your search.

4 My bookings

There is no time limit to book an activity. You can therefore book your sessions several days in advance.

However, please note that you cannot book your activity less than two hours before the start of the activity so that our partner can prepare to your arrival.

No, you must absolutely book and pay for each activity you plan to attend. Without booking, the partner will not be aware of your arrival and will refuse to let you enter its facilities.

Yes, it is possible to take part in an activity with more than one person. All the information related to the reservation will be sent to the person who made the reservation.

Please note that it is this person who will pay for the entire reservation!

When you arrive in our partner's facilities, please show your confirmation email in order to prove your booking with our partner.

You wish to participate in an activity that is not yet on Hexeko?

It's easy: click on the "Suggest an activity" tab and fill in the contact form with the contact details of the supplier.

We will contact the person in charge and add its activities to Hexeko.

You can cancel your bookings on your Hexeko’s profile. When you cancel a booking, the partner automatically receives an email notifying him of your cancellation.

Three scenarios are possible:

  • If you cancel more than 72 hours in advance, you will be refunded the amount initially paid for the activity.
  • If you cancel less than 72 hours in advance, you will not be refunded the amount initially paid for the activity.
  • If the activity requires Hexeko to send you a voucher/e-ticket, then the activity will not be refundable if the voucher has already been sent to you.

A partner may cancel a booking in the case of renovation, exceptional closure or other unexpected problems. In this case, you will be notified in advance by email. Your personal wallet will then be automatically replenished.

You do not need any specific documents when you visit a partner.

Nevertheless, we advise you to consult your doctor for a health check-up and to make sure that you are ready for any physical activity!

5 Prices / Payments

You can pay on Hexeko with the extra-legal benefit offered by your employer or via the following means of payment: Bancontact, Visa, Mastercard, American Express...

We guarantee that all payments on Hexeko are secure. We work with the PSP Stripe (Payment Solution Provider).

The money that your company decides to allocate to you to book activities on Hexeko is automatically added to your Hexeko portfolio. You do not need to make any special request.

Contact your company's department in charge of this issue to make sure that your company has allocated this budget to you.

However, you can still book activities on our platform and pay with a credit card (Bancontact, MasterCard, Visa, American Express...).

The maximum period of validity of your budget received from your employer is 15 months, i.e. your portfolio is valid from 1 July to 30 September of the following year. After this period, you can no longer use it.

No, you cannot transfer the amount of your Hexeko wallet to a colleague or another user. Your Hexeko wallet is personal and available only to you.
