1 Get started on Hexeko

Hexeko is an online platform that allows company employees to book sport activities. They get access to a wide sports offer and receive credits from their company to book sport sessions alone or with colleagues.

On the website, you will find a wide range of sport activities. Fitness, team sports, racket sports, wellness, events and camps for children... You will certainly find your happiness!

The objective is to avoid paying for a single membership in a gym but rather to be able to vary the sports without any constraints.

No, you must have an account in order to search for a sport activity.

  1. Click on the "Login" button at the top right of the home page.
  2. Enter your personal details and the registration token of your company.
  3. You will then receive a confirmation email to validate your account.

Then you are registered on Hexeko and you can book sport activities!

The registration token is the code linking your personal Hexeko account to your company's account.

Thanks to this token you will be able to:

  1. Receive your sports budget from your company.
  2. Invite your colleagues to play sports with you.
  3. Book group sessions, team buildings, events for several people via your company's wallet.
  4. You will have the opportunity to organize sporting events with your colleagues in just a few clicks.

Please be aware that your employer will not have access to your personal data. We are committed to protecting your data and not disclosing it (see Privacy Policy).

By choosing one or more favourite sports you can join a community of people who practice the same sport as you in order to organize group sessions or find partners.

On your Hexeko profile you can find any sport activity thanks to filters such as type of sport, location, date…

2 My account

You can manage and modify the settings of your account by clicking on "My Account" at the top right of your screen.

To change your data, then click on "Edit profile" and finally on "Update".

Send us an email to [email protected] with your first and last name and we will send you your email address as soon as possible.

Don't worry, you can reset your password in 2 minutes.

  1. Go to the "Connection" tab.
  2. Click on "I forgot my password".
  3. Enter your email address and you will receive an email with instructions on how to create a new access to your account.

3 My bookings

There is no time limit to book an activity. You can therefore book your sessions several days in advance.

No, you must absolutely book and pay for each sport activity you plan to attend. Without booking, the sport partner will not be aware of your arrival and will refuse to let you enter its facilities.

Yes, it is possible to invite one or more people to a sport activity. This option will be offered just before payment.

Please note that you will be the one to pay for the entire booking!

When you arrive in the club or at the event, please show your confirmation email to prove your booking.

Would you like to play sports in a club or participate in an event that is not yet a partner of Hexeko?

It's easy: click on the "Suggest activities" tab and fill in the contact form with the contact details of the supplier.

We will contact the person in charge and add its sports activities to Hexeko.

You can cancel your bookings on your Hexeko’s profile. When you cancel a booking, the sport partner automatically receives an email notifying him of your cancellation.

Two scenarios are possible:

  • If you cancel more than 72 hours in advance, you will be refunded the amount initially paid for this sports session.
  • If you cancel less than 72 hours in advance, you will not be refunded the amount initially paid for this session.

A club or event may cancel a booking in the case of work, exceptional closure or other unexpected problems. In this case, you will be notified in advance by email. Your personal wallet will then be automatically replenished.

You do not need any specific documents when you visit our sport clubs or event organizers.

Nevertheless, we advise you to consult your doctor for a health check-up and to make sure that you are ready for any physical activity!

4 Prices / Payments

You can add credits to your wallet by bank transfer or with your credit card (Visa, Master Card, American Express).

We guarantee that all payments on Hexeko are secure. We work with the PSP Stripe (Payment Solution Provider).

Click on your account at the top right of your home page.
In order to recharge your portfolio, indicate the amount you wish to add and click on "Order".

Then follow the instructions until you pay with your credit card or by bank transfer.

When you order credits, you do not receive them directly because it may take between 2 and 5 days for the payment to be validated and arrive on your personal wallet.

The credits in the company wallet are used only to book group sport activities. Unlike your personal credits which are used for your personal sport activities.

It is the managers of your company (director, HR manager...) who manage these credits.

The money that your company decides to allocate to you to play sports on Hexeko is automatically added to your personal wallet. You do not need to make any special requests.

You cannot add credits to your company's wallet yourself. You should therefore contact the person responsible for the partnership with Hexeko within your company. This person is often the Director of Human Resources.

The validity period of your credits received from your employer is 15 months. After this period, you will no longer be able to use your credits.

No, you cannot give your personal credits to a colleague or other users. Your credits are personal and available only for you. Enjoy it!
